As Quality Analyst you will work closely with the software engineering team to understand existing and new features of our proprietary Online Sportsbook and Casino platform.  You will be responsible for creating test plans and conducting both manual and automated testing, and will need to be able to understand and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing. A high level of analytical thinking is required, along with good knowledge in various sports and casino games. Main Responsibilities
  • Be an advocate for Quality through analyzing risks, test planning, test tracking, and test run results.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, Quality Analysts, and Project Managers to strategize and execute best test strategies that suit a project’s need.
  • Create and execute test plans for new features, and support our Engineering team in investigating and troubleshooting incidents as needed.
  • Use your experience in software testing to contribute to test execution and user acceptance validation in UAT & Production environments (e.g. functional, acceptance, exploratory, etc.)
  • Identify areas of improvement as they relate to software quality. (e.g. process improvements, release management, opportunities for test automation and better testing techniques, etc.)
  • Communicate progress to various stakeholders. (e.g., engineering managers, engineers, product managers, and product owners)
Required skills
  • Skilled in Agile testing practices and principles to thrive within a fast pace environment (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
  • Proficient in frontend and backend testing techniques (e.g., functional, acceptance, integration, exploratory, etc.)
  • Experienced with cross-platform testing on browsers and mobile devices
  • Ability to analyze and convey quality risks for new and existing features.
  • Strong communicator with ability to break down and convey technical concepts with varying software delivery disciplines.
  • Ability to prioritize test conditions to validate acceptance criteria in a fast paced environment
