Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with members of software engineering and product teams to build new features and enhancements for our middle tier Sportsbook and Casino APIs.
- Adhere to best practices in terms of code quality, test and development practices
- Design and implement efficient, intuitive, modular and testable code
- Learn, adhere and contribute to solution design, coding practice, testing and other processes all throughout the SDLC
- Contribute and adhere to team objectives including coding practices, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes
Required Skills
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in C#, .NET Core development
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in NodeJS
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in SQL
- Knowledge of sports betting and gambling
- Demonstrable real-world experience building & deploying scalable, high-performance applications
- Experience in queueing solutions and event driven architecture is a plus

As Quality Analyst you will work closely with the software engineering team to understand existing and new features of our proprietary Online Sportsbook and Casino platform. You will be responsible for creating test plans and conducting both manual and automated testing, and will need to be able to understand and troubleshoot issues that arise during testing. A high level of analytical thinking is required, along with good knowledge in various sports and casino games. - Be an advocate for Quality through analyzing risks, test planning, test tracking, and test run results.
- Collaborate with Software Engineers, Quality Analysts, and Project Managers to strategize and execute best test strategies that suit a project’s need.
- Create and execute test plans for new features, and support our Engineering team in investigating and troubleshooting incidents as needed.
- Use your experience in software testing to contribute to test execution and user acceptance validation in UAT & Production environments (e.g. functional, acceptance, exploratory, etc.)
- Identify areas of improvement as they relate to software quality. (e.g. process improvements, release management, opportunities for test automation and better testing techniques, etc.)
- Communicate progress to various stakeholders. (e.g., engineering managers, engineers, product managers, and product owners)
Required skills
- Skilled in Agile testing practices and principles to thrive within a fast pace environment (e.g. Scrum or Kanban)
- Proficient in frontend and backend testing techniques (e.g., functional, acceptance, integration, exploratory, etc.)
- Experienced with cross-platform testing on browsers and mobile devices
- Ability to analyze and convey quality risks for new and existing features.
- Strong communicator with ability to break down and convey technical concepts with varying software delivery disciplines.
